Hi Paul, Welcome to the board. Our family has lost the "England connection" so we're not sure which branch of the family tree we fit in. We're hoping to solve that puzzle someday.

Hi Paul, Welcome to the Forum and thanks for telling us a bit about yourself and your background. I have one HAROLD in my database and though I have no date, he was probably born at some point between 1885 and 1905. His Father - James His Mother - Louisa ? Siblings - Ivan Ernest (born Leicester 1890), Edna Violet (born New York date ?), Eric Russell (New York 1903) There are links to New York and ironically, the previous poster Pam, who provided the information I have in my database (hi Pam ... I guess you recognise this info). Anyhow, unless any of these names and dates ring any bells I think it's unlikely that the Harold in my database is the Harold that was your grandfather. The known dates don't really fit. I would appreciate any further information you have on Harold, his spouse and going back from there so that I can include your branch of the tree. Keep in touch, Mark

Mark is right (hi Mark), it can't be the Harold he has in his data base. That Harold died as a young child.

Hi Pam,
Have you managed to get any dates & places for Harold, his siblings or indeed his parents James & Louisa? Assuming you have come across it and are willing to share it, I would very much appreciate the info for the database.

Hi Mark, No, I haven't been able to look through any passenger lists yet. I tried, but didn't make any head way a few years ago. We just got high speed internet a couple of months ago, but I haven't had the time to do any family searches yet. If you have any suggestions, I'd be grateful.
I'll definitely share any information I can come up with. I'd like to be able to link into the Brandrick family tree you're putting together.
Pam
